We do not accept refunds. Exchanges will ONLY be accepted within 21 days of shipping received date.  Exchange will only be accepted if cellophane shrink wrap seal around cards is completely intact, unopened, and if cards are returned within its plastic lucite box. 

We do not process exchange shipping or return labels. 

We ship to the Continental United States and to Canada via United States Postal Service.  Your order will be shipped out within 5 days of receipt.  We are unable to accomodate orders outside of the Continental United States and Canada but please contact our stockists to inquire if they ship internationally.

We do not offer expedited shipping.  We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
